The Manufacturing facility occupies less than 40% of the total land site area, providing substantial expansion potential.  The facility is 15,000 sq m under roof and consists of warehousing, production plant, laboratories and administration offices.

We have many different types of tablet presses to accommodate different formulations and batch sizes. The plant can operate up to 3 shifts to allow for 24 hour, 7 day a week operation.  Run sizes are flexible to suit your customer and batch requirements.  We give you a choice of three different batch sizes 300kg, 700kg and 1000kg for tablets and hard shell capsules.  For liquids and creams are minimum batch size is 1000 litres.

We can supply your finished products either in bulk or our innovative packaging can produce any combination of glass and plastic bottles or blister packs ready for customer distribution.

We have completed a major expansion to the Minto manufacturing facility. The extension has given Lipa the opportunity to expand our dosage form capabilities together greater overall capacity. The facility houses four high technology Soft Gelatin production lines that can cater to all pharmaceutical requirements, including OTC & prescription.
