We are a leading Australian contract manufacturer of complementary healthcare medicines. These include herbal medicines, vitamins and nutritional supplements. We also produce non-sterile prescription and OTC medicines.

Lipa Pharmaceuticals was established as a family business in 1995.

In September 2001, Lipa Pharmaceuticals opened its new custom built facility at Minto, New South Wales.

Lipa currently employs more than 350 people at its production facility in Minto.

The TGA-licensed Lipa facility is world class, utilising the highest standards of equipment and technology that can produce Tablets, 2 piece hard-shells, powders, liquids and creams. The facility has over 15,000 sq m under roof and consists of warehousing, production plant, laboratories and administration offices. Lipa Pharmaceuticals maintains a strict quality assurance process, which conforms to the requirements of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal products.

The Quality Control Department comprises a chemistry laboratory, in-process quality control laboratory and micro laboratory ensure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality.  The facility also houses a full range of product Stability rooms under ICH conditions.

On 6th November 2007, Lipa Parmaceuticals was 100% acquired by CK Life Sciences Int'l (Holdings) Inc, a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock exchange.
